FAQ: Why the videos tutorials are so slow?
The quick answer to the question is because our server locates in USA. If you are international users, you might experience performance issues with our video tutorials. We try to keep the best quality of the video tutorials in full screen mode so the video file is pretty big and might take more bandwidth for you to download. We are planning to provide a smaller version of our video tutorials for international users.
For now, we have uploaded our video tutorials into YouTube for our international members. This is not the best solution because the low quality and it is hard to see everything happened on the screen.
If you have any other suggestions or comment, please feel free to drop me a message! Thank you again for your support and understanding.
Best, Gary
